Where and how do you ship?

Simply 65 Roses currently only ships to the U.S through USPS and UPS. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number to follow your package once your order has shipped.

When will I get my products?

Items ordered & paid will be shipped within 1-7 business days of your order placement with a delivery of up to 10 days. Weekends & holidays excluded. With the exception of our brand t-shirts, which have a production turn around time of up to 14 business days.

It’s been longer than the expected delivery date and I still don’t have my order. Ahh!

Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to demand or outside factors that are out of our control. Once your package has left Simply 65 Roses and is with the delivery courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather, address errors or unforeseen courier delays. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package until delivery. Simply 65 Roses does everything they can to ensure effective delivery time!

What if my package is lost?

If for some reason you are unable to track your package, please send an email to simply65roses@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to track down your package and update you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that a package marked as delivered is missing, we are more than happy to replace your order once. Please wait 3 business days before reaching out to us. We also recommend contacting your neighbor, building manager, or front desk to assist with locating the package.

What if I accidentally put the wrong shipping address?

Just send us an email within 24 hours of your order confirmation number and we will assist with the address change. Of course, we always recommend you double check all information before confirming your purchase.

My package was damaged upon delivery and it damaged the items inside. Can I get a new one?

Simply 65 Roses strives to ship your package as safely as possible. The products are stored in glass containers and unfortunately, delivery couriers aren’t always careful. If your package has been severely damaged upon shipment, please email pictures of the box and products inside to simply65roses@gmail.com. We will help determine a solution that is right for you!


Returns & Billing

What if I’m unhappy with my product, can I get a refund?

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase! We offer returns within 14 days of delivery back to your original form of payment. This excludes the 6.5% that has already been donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any returned item(s) not due to an incorrect or damaged item.

Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the 6.5% and shipping costs will be returned to your original form of payment. The returned item(s) must have at least 75% or more of the product left in the container to qualify for a return. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit in the form of an online gift card will be issued instead.  Once we receive the return, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.

Simply 65 Roses does not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Simply 65 Roses.

Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and 100% natural so some variation between batches is completely normal. This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe for use. We suggest using the product 3-5 times before making a strong opinion about it. We highly suggest you read our reviews, product descriptions and ingredients prior to placing an order.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We at Simply 65 Roses work REALLY hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

Are taxes included in the pricing?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

How does billing work?

After you place your order, Simply 65 Roses will send you an email with your itemized invoice and Order Confirmation number.
